Even though the weather is gloomy here in the UK I wanted to post some English summertime inspiration! 

Last summer I spent much of my time in the UK exploring some of the beautiful things to do in the English countryside and so I thought I would share with you pictures of the places I visited.

My Evening Yoga Routine

I don't have a strict evening yoga routine at all, instead,  I like to practice yoga as an when I feel like it, but most of the time it tends to be in the evening before dinner.
